Terms of Service
Last updated 17 June 2026
Truenor is a digital research and planning product. It generates business-opportunity ideas and, on purchase, a "Deep Dive" — an editable financial model (Excel) and a written analysis (PDF). By using Truenor, creating an account or purchasing a Deep Dive, you agree to these terms.
Truenor is operated by Giouri Amirtzanov. Contact: support@truenor.dev
1. Accounts
You can browse and generate ideas without an account, but buying or accessing a Deep Dive requires you to create an account with a valid email address, which you must verify. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use Truenor and purchase Deep Dives.
2. What you are buying
A Deep Dive is analysis, planning, financial modelling and a validation framework — it is not a guarantee of any business outcome. Every number is a scenario-based, modelled estimate built from stated assumptions you can change. Forecasts depend on execution, market conditions, competition, pricing and customer acquisition, and may differ materially from reality.
Reports, analyses, forecasts and recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence models, automated research systems and publicly available information. While we aim to provide useful and accurate outputs, generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, assumptions or outdated information and should be independently verified before being relied upon.
3. No guarantee of results
Truenor does not guarantee that any idea, strategy, opportunity, business model, market, pricing approach, customer-acquisition method or recommendation will be successful, profitable or suitable for your circumstances.
Any examples, projections, market estimates, financial models, growth scenarios or business opportunities presented by Truenor are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees or predictions of future performance.
4. No investment or business recommendation
Truenor does not recommend, endorse, certify or approve any specific business opportunity, investment, company, industry, market or commercial activity. All outputs are provided for informational, research and planning purposes only.
5. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for evaluating, validating and implementing any idea, strategy, opportunity or recommendation generated by Truenor. Any decision to start, fund, operate, invest in or otherwise pursue a business opportunity is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.
6. Accuracy of generated content
While Truenor uses artificial intelligence models, automated research systems and publicly available information to generate reports, we do not warrant that any output is complete, accurate, current, reliable, error-free or suitable for any specific purpose. Generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, assumptions, outdated information or incorrect interpretations and should be independently verified before use.
7. Market data
Any market sizes, demand estimates, competition analyses, customer-acquisition assumptions, pricing estimates or financial projections included in a Deep Dive are estimates only. Such information may be derived from public sources, third-party data providers, artificial intelligence systems, modelling assumptions or analytical methodologies and may differ materially from actual market conditions.
8. Not professional advice
Truenor does not provide financial, legal, investment, tax or accounting advice. Use your own judgement and consult qualified professionals before making business or financial decisions.
9. Payments, credits & delivery
A Deep Dive is a one-time purchase of $9.99, processed securely by Stripe. You may also receive or buy credits that can be redeemed for a Deep Dive, including a complimentary credit we may grant when you sign up (either via a verified email or via Google Sign-In). Credits and complimentary offers have no cash value and may be subject to fair-use limits.
A Deep Dive is digital content delivered immediately: the model and report are generated and made available to download in your browser, saved to your account so you can return to, edit and re-download them, and may also be emailed to you as a convenience.
10. Refunds & your statutory rights
Because the Deep Dive is digital content delivered immediately, by completing checkout you ask for and consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law no longer applies once the files have been generated and made available to you.
This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. If something goes wrong — for example the files failed to generate or download, or the report is clearly defective — contact us at support@truenor.dev and we will make it right.
11. Email communications
When you use Truenor we send service (transactional) emails that are necessary to provide it — such as email verification, "report ready" notifications and order confirmations. These are not marketing messages and are part of the service you have requested.
12. Acceptable use & report licence
Use Truenor lawfully and for your own evaluation. You may use generated reports, models and analyses for your own business evaluation, research and planning purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish for commercial sale or offer the generated reports as a standalone commercial product.
Do not present the generated reports as independently verified facts, do not share your account to circumvent limits, and do not attempt to abuse, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
13. Intellectual property
The Truenor platform, its design and underlying technology remain our property. The reports and files we generate for you are yours to use for your own business evaluation, research and planning, subject to the licence and usage limits in these terms.
14. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to Truenor if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, abused the service, attempted to circumvent limits, engaged in fraudulent activity or created legal, security or operational risks for Truenor or its users.
15. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Truenor. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, infrastructure incidents, natural disasters or governmental actions.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Truenor is provided "as is" and we are not liable for business losses, lost profits or decisions made in reliance on the estimates and analysis provided. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truenor's total liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Deep Dive giving rise to the claim.
17. Cookies, data & analytics
We use cookies and your browser's local storage only for purposes that are strictly necessary to run Truenor — such as your sign-in token (so you stay logged in), an anonymous device and session identifier, your preferred currency, and any ideas you choose to save. We also record basic usage and analytics data — the pages you view, the actions you take, your approximate time on the site, your IP address and browser type — to operate, secure and improve the service and to tell real visitors from automated bots. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural tracking, and we never sell your data.
18. Service providers
To deliver Truenor we share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers, each of which processes it under its own terms and privacy policy: Stripe (secure payments), Supabase (storing your account, orders and generated files), Resend (service emails such as verification and report notifications), OpenAI and Anthropic (generating ideas and the business analysis), and Exa / Tavily (public web research that grounds the report).
19. Your rights & privacy
Subject to applicable law, you have rights over your personal data — including to access, correct or delete it (and your account), and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email support@truenor.dev. How we handle your data in full is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
When you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymise personal data where required by applicable law. We may retain limited information where necessary for legal obligations, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
20. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Questions? Email support@truenor.dev.
